Summer Nighttime Routine

Summer changes a lot of things. Things get more fun and there’s tons of opportunity to try new things. Usually, my summer nighttime routine gets shorter and focuses more on feeling fresh!

I start my routine by washing my face and adding moisturizer. Since summer means heat, I hate feeling dry so I make this my main priority! I usually do this before anything because it makes me feel fresh and makes me relax a lot more.

I always pop in some popcorn, I mean who doesn’t like popcorn? It’s such a simple snack and easy so I can plop in front of my TV.  One of the shows I’m excited to watch this summer is Queen of the South! You’re going to get so hooked on this show! It follows Teresa as she gets involved in the narco life and the show goes from 0 to 100 in one episode. The show is really intense and I can’t wait to see the rest of the season! Queen of the South premieres on USA Network June 23 at 10/9c so make sure to tune in.

I usually give myself another look and wash my face and let my hair loose and then head straight to bed. Since summer days seems so much longer, I definitely don’t want to drag on my routine and just want to make it simple and focus on the good stuff!

Check out the trailer to Queen of the South here! You can watch my nighttime routine below!

  • I ALWAYS need to wash my face at night in the summer. There is so much humidity where I’m from so I don’t always use moisturizer. I usually do that every other day. But I love night routines! They’re always so relaxing yet fun at the same time 🙂

  • I love how simple you’re night time rotuine is! I’m the exact same way wash my face and just relax till it’s time for me to get ready for bed. Every week I try to do a face mask which can be fun. I’ll defintely check out the show! I’ve been looking for some new shows to see.

  • Simplicity is where it’s at! I actually want to develop a *better* nighttime routine than what I currently have…right now it’s more like work like a madwoman until I crash, or I’m up hanging with my boothang. The latter is obviously the better option. Ha!
