I’m rarely the type of person that switches up my makeup. I know what I like and I stick to it. In a way it’s good because it takes the guessing game out of choosing a color that fits or something that works with my skin type.

Benefit Ka-brow Cream Gel Eyebrow

I remember when this came out and it exploded everywhere. I was a faithful Anastasia girl. I had my brow whiz and had gotten the pot version. But it wasn’t until I was at Sephora on a makeupless day that I decided to try this and I fell in love. It makes eyebrows look feathery and clean and it’s much easier to use. It became my go to for eyebrows.

Maybelline Sensational Creamy Matte Lip

I’m not much of a solid lipstick person. For some reason it never stays on and it gets patchy. I won this particular lipstick from a giveaway and I’m so in love! I have the color clay crush which is a nude with a nice sheen and I’ve gotten so many compliments.

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara

Out of every item, mascara is the one I least pay attention to. I already have somewhat long lashes and when I wear glasses they get in the way. Benefit’s Roller Lash gives me a great fill without being exaggerated. It also doesn’t flake or smear, it’s perfect.

Too Faced Cocoa Contour

I’m a newbie to contour so I was really nervous about trying it. The cocoa contour is super easy to use. The colors are arranged in order of use and it has a handy guide. The colors are pigmented enough but won’t leave you left with extreme marks.

e.l.f. Only Mad for Matte Eyeshadow Palette

Eyeshadow still intimidates me. While everyone is using fancy palettes, I’m barely trying to figure out how to put it on. This e.l.f. palette is so perfect for me. It offers a lot of nude colors and is pigmented and easy to work with.
