I’ve been living in the kitchen lately. My new favorite thing is hearing my family say they love my food. I’m getting experimental in the kitchen. I love smoothie bowls so I wanted to do a version of my own.
I eat strawberries and bananas daily so I made an easy version of a smoothie bowl. I picked up Dannon Whole Milk Plain Yogurt 32oz to use in my bowl. With fewer trips to the store recently, the size is perfect to keep me satisfied in the long haul! It’s the perfect base for a smoothie bowl and any other snack!
Did you know Dannon Yogurt is a source of vitamin D, calcium, and protein per serving? Dannon is also non-GMO project certified and is a part of the B Corp community meaning it has high standards of social and environmental performance, which is something that is so important to me.
The recipe is easily to follow with only three ingredients:
- 5-6 Strawberries – Frozen
- One Banana – Frozen
- 1/2 of Dannon Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
Toppings (To Your Liking)
- Strawberry Slices
- Banana Slices
I start by pouring in the yogurt into the blender then add the strawberries and banana. I start off by blending low and increase speed until everything is blended together.
I pour the smoothie into a bowl, sprinkle in the granola, and add the slices of strawberries and banana (to your liking.) Then you enjoy it!
It’s an easy recipe to follow and so delicious! It’s perfect for kicking off the morning or as a snack throughout the day. It’s a delicious addition to my day and anyone can make it.
Dannon Whole Milk Plain Yogurt and Dannon Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt are available at Walmart with brand new packaging! I found it in the yogurt refrigerated section near the bottom. But it’s also available to buy through Walmart grocery pickup for easy access.
Tell me if you try this recipe and some creative ways you use Dannon Whole Milk Plain Yogurt. I would love to try more recipes!
