There’s two things I need to work on: eating breakfast and choosing healthier alternatives. I’ve always just had my coffee and waited until lunch to eat. The thing about me is that I also get hangry. The struggle is real y’all. Although it’s not a good excuse, one of the reasons I don’t eat breakfast is because I wake up early and hit the road as soon as I can.
That’s one thing I love about Bellwether Farms Sheep Milk Yogurt. I can easily eat it on it’s own or make a quick little mixture before I go. Easy, Healthy On-the-Go Breakfast
This is the perfect addition to my routine because it doesn’t require me to do that much. My favorite thing is that I can quickly whip it up and you can customize it however you’d like! I usually grab my yogurt and just add granola and cut strawberries. I keep it simple but when I want to feel more adventurous I add a bit of peanut butter. The thing about this is that you can easily add any fruit you want. Bellwether Farms sheep milk yogurt is thick and creamy so it will hold your ingredients in. On really lazy days I just grab the yogurt and good because it’s good enough to eat on its own! Next I’m going to start experimenting using it in smoothies.
Adding this simple breakfast option has been good for me. Since before I couldn’t eat until past noon, I would eat way too many treats and snacks to keep my stomach happy. Plus, the yogurt is all natural, free of antibiotics and growth hormones, so I can eat and not feel guilty of what I’m putting into my body. I know breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, so I’m happy to actually incorporating it into my routine and taking a health conscious route!
